摘要
对目前存在的关于金属磁记忆检测技术物理机理的几种学说进行了试验研究和分析。研究了在地磁环境下拉伸速度对应力磁效应的影响、环境磁场对应力磁效应的影响和环境磁场对应力-应变的影响。分析了应力作用下的应变磁化理论、应力和磁场作用的等效理论和应力能作用的能量平衡理论。研究结果表明,在地磁环境下应力作用的电磁感应原理对应力磁效应的影响很小、环境磁场与应力磁效应有关、环境磁场与应力应变效应无关。推断应力磁效应是应力和环境磁场共同作用的结果,是应力通过对材料的微观结构和磁畴特征的影响引起的。
Some theories on physical mechanism of metal magnetic memory testing were studied. The influences of load - unload velocity on stress - magnetic effect at geomagnetism field, environmental magnetic field on stress - magnetic effect and environmental magnetic field on stress - strain were researched. The theories of strain - magnetic under stress, equivalent of stress versus magnetic field and energy balance at the action of stress were analyzed. It shows that electromagnetism induction principle for stress - strain at geo- magnetism field has little influence on stress - magnetic effect, environment magnetic field is related to the stress - magnetic effect, environment magnetic field has no relation with stress - strain. Stress - magnetic effect is the acting result of stress and environment field, and is caused by the influence of stress on microstructure and magnetic domain characteristic of materials.
