用聚苯乙烯(PS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和酚醛树脂(PF)为成膜物质,以纳米碳酸钙为填料、聚异丁烯为改性剂,获得了可剥性良好、可回收的室温固化保护涂料。该涂料可耐酸碱等腐蚀性介质,可用于化学加工过程的保护,特别适用于精密机械加工产品搬运过程的保护。

A kind of anti - corrosion, easily - strippable, retrievable room temperature coating used for chemical processing was prepared with polystyrene, Styrene - Butadiene - Styrene block copolymer and phenol resin （PF） as base materials, nanometer calcium carbonate as filler and polyisobutene as modified agent. This protective coating is acid -resistant and alkaline -resistant, used to protect chemical processing, especially precise metallic products for transporting.
