催化酯交换合成原戊酸正丁酯

摘要 在原戊酸三甲酯和正丁醇的酯交换反应中,分别以强碱NaOH、强酸HC l和固态碘作催化剂合成原戊酸正丁酯,结果表明:碘具有较好的催化效果和后处理提纯。通过进行多组实验,得出了该酯交换反应的最佳条件为n(原戊酸三甲酯)/n(正丁醇)=1:28、催化剂用量为反应物原戊酸三甲酯的4%、反应时间4h、反应温度为68-70℃(真空度:-0.09MPa),在此最佳条件下,原戊酸三甲酯的转化率达87.5%,原戊酸正丁酯的收率为82.6%,纯度比使用其他两种催化剂的要略高,达到98.3%。 Tributyl orthovalerate was synthesized using trimethyl orthovalerate and normal butanol as reactants and I2 as catalyst. With strong base NaOH and strong acid HCl as catalyst, this transesterification has fairly good catalysis effect and post - processing purification method through using I2 as catalyst. The optimum reaction condition and result are as follows : with 4% I2 of trimethyl orthovalerate, and n ( trimethyl orthovalerate) /n ( normal butanol) = 1:28, reacting at 68 - 70℃ ( vacuum degree : - 0.09MPa) for 4 h, conversion of trimethyl orthovalerate was 87.5% and the yield of tributyl orthovalerate was 82.6%. Besides, the product purity can reach 98.3%.
