摘要
伪火花开关是八十年代初才研制成功的用于脉冲功率技术的高重复频率闭合开关,其性能既优于氢气闸流管,又优于高气压的火花开关。本文对伪火花放电的特点、伪火花开关的基本结构与触发方式以及进一步的研究工作进行了评述。
The pseudospark switch developed in early 1980's is a new closing switch with high repetition rate for use in pulsed power technology. This paper reviews the features of pseudospark discharge, the basic structure of the pseudospark switch and its triggering, and its applications and further research topics.
