This article puts forward ant colony optimization （ACO）arithmetic according to the problem of cell assignment（CA）, which uses assignment and cooperation among different colonies to solve problems; the experimentation proves that ACO is a successful tactic to solve problem, especially to solve difficulty and combined problems in short times, and it also can get excellent approximation.
