摘要
目的了解烟台市部分水产品中甲醛含量及污染状况,为监督执法提供依据。方法在不同水域采集鲜活样品和在市场采集污染海产品,并采集近海和远海的海水,均用乙酰丙酮法测定甲醛含量。结果不同种类海产品甲醛本底含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);海参不同的发制方法以及存放12个月后,甲醛含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。市场上采集的海产品50份甲醛含量6.12~2360mg/kg;取其中15份进行煮沸试验,其结果煮沸前后差异有统计学意义(t=14.48,P<0.01)。结论市售海产品甲醛含量相对较高,污染状况严重。
[ Objective] To investigate formaldehyde content and contamination status of some aquatic products, and provide evidence for supervision and law enforcement. [ Methods] Formaldehyde contents of live samples collected from different waters, polluted samples from market and water from offshore and near shore areas were determined by acetylacetone method. [ Results ] The difference of intrinsic formaldehyde between different aquatic products was significant. ( P 〈 0.01 ) The difference of formaldehyde contents in vladivostok between different production methods was not significant( P 〉 0.05) , and that between storage for 12 months was not significant too( P 〉 0.05 ). The formaldehyde contents of 50 aquatic products samples colleted from market were 6.12 2360 mg/kg; 15 of which were boiled, the results before and after boiling had a significant difference. ( t = 14.48, P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The formaldehyde contents in aquatic product in market was higher and the contamination was severe.
