大黄联合机械通气救治急性呼吸窘迫综合征

Study on Rhubarb Combined with Artificial Controlled Mechanical Ventilation Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with ARDS

目的探讨大黄联合人工机械通气在救治急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)中的作用。方法60例ARDS患者随机分成2组,对照组30例,给予以人工机械通气为主的常规综合治疗,治疗组30例在常规综合治疗基础上加用大黄治疗。结果成功救治52例,死亡8例,发生并发症4例,大黄联合治疗组所需机械通气时间明显短于未用大黄组。结论救治ARDS,采用大黄联合机械通气可明显缩短治疗时间。

[ Objective] To investigate the effect of rubarb combined with artificial controlled mechanical ventilation therapy in the treatment of patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome { ARDS）. [ Methods ] 60 patients with ARDS were randomly divided into control group （ n = 30 ） treated with the comprehensive treatment mainly composed by artificial controlled mechanical ventilation and treatment group （ n = 30） treated with added rhubarb based on conventional treatment,and compare the curative effect between 2 groups. [ Results ] In all the patients ,52 cases successfully recovered,8 cases died, and 4 cases suffered from complications. Comparing with the control group ,the treatment group with added rhubarb could shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation. [ Conclusion ] Rubarb combined with artificial controlled mechanical ventilation therapy can help to effectively reduce the treatment time of the patients with ARDS.
