摘要
报告58例胃癌患者应用高活性广谱抗肿瘤药物紫杉醇治疗的护理。护理内容包括心理护理、提供和鼓励患者积极寻求社会系统的支持、化疗药物毒性反应的预防及对症护理、音乐疗法、饮食调护。58例患者均未发生并发症,顺利完成治疗。
Report the nurse to the 58 cases with middle and terminal gastric cancer treated by paclitaxel, including psychological nurse,musical treatment ,food care and prevention of toxication to the chemical medication, and gave some supports to the patients, encouraged them to seek for some social supports. By these nursing pall these 58 cases made a good recovery without any complication.
