清远市4833例暴露后狂犬病免疫防治情况分析

Analysis of Immunological Prevention and Treatment of 4833 cases Exposed to Rabies

目的分析2005—2006年清远市疾病预防控制中心门诊部狂犬病防治情况,探讨今后防治对策。方法对4833例暴露后狂犬病免疫防治情况进行分析。结果2年4833例暴露后狂犬病免疫接种者狂犬病抗体总阳转率为87.27%,截止发稿日未发生狂犬病病例。结论狂犬病疫苗防治效果良好。普及狂犬病预防和控制知识,加强养犬的综合治理,防范于未然。

[ Objective ] To analyze the situation of rabies prevention and treatment in outpatient department of Qingyuan CDC during 2005-2006, and discus the future control measures. [ Methods] After exposure to rabies, 4833 cases were conducted immunization analysis. [ Results] Total positive conversion rate of rabies antibody among 4833 cases with immunization after exposure to rabies was 87.27%, there was no rabies ease until te deadline for dispatch. [ Conclusion] The prevention measures had been proved to be successful in rubies vaccinate. The knowledge of Rabies prevention and control should be widespread. The comprehensive treatment for raising dogs should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of rabies.
