摘要 氟虫腈是以γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体为靶标的苯基吡唑类杀虫剂,广泛应用于农业、果业和家庭卫生。该文从动物实验、人类健康及环境危害3个方面就氟虫腈的毒性研究作一综述,探讨氟虫腈的毒作用机制,并提出目前评价氟虫腈对人类危害存在的新问题。 Fipronil, a kind of phenylpyrazolo pesticide, tookγ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA ) receptors as target, was widely used in agriculture, fruit industry and family health. This paper summarized the toxicity of fipronil on three aspects : animal experiments, hu- man health and environmental hazards, explored the toxic mechanism of fipronil and put forward the existed new problems of fipronil harm evaluation to human.
