安非他酮与米氮平治疗抑郁症伴有焦虑疗效比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Bupropion and Mirtazapine on Depressive Disorder Associated with Anxiety

目的比较安非他酮与米氮平对抑郁症伴焦虑的疗效及其安全性。方法103例抑郁症患者分为2组。安非他酮组53例，其中男性27例，女性26例，年龄（34±11）岁，本次抑郁病期3～8个月。予安非他酮300～450mg，po，qd；米氮平组50例，其中男性26例，女性24例，年龄（38±11）岁，本次抑郁病期3～11个月，予米氮平30—45mg，po，qd；均6周为1个疗程。结果对抑郁症状的治疗，安非他酮组显效率71．7％，米氮平组显效率74．0％，疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对焦虑症状的治疗，安非他酮组显效率48％，米氮平组显效率76％，疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。整体药物不良反应发生率2组相当。结论安非他酮与米氮平对治疗抑郁症安全有效，但抗焦虑作用米氮平优于安非他酮。

[ Objective ] To compare the effects and safety of bupropion and mirtazapine on depressive disorder associated with anxiety. [Methods] 103 patients were divided into 2 groups. 53 were selected as bupropion group, including 27 males, 26 females, aged （ 34± 11 ） years, treated with bupropion 300 N 450 mg, po, qd for 6 weeks. Depressive period of this time was 3 - 8 months. 50 were selected as mirtazapine group, including 26 males, 24 females, aged （38 ±11 ） years, treated with bupropion 30-45 mg, po, qd for 6 weeks. [ Results] The marked effective rates of bupropion group and mirtazapine group were 71.7% and 74.0% , the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05） in treating depression symptoms, but the marked effective rates of bupropion group and mirtazapine group were 48% and 76% , the difference was significant. （ P 〈 0.05 ） in treating anxiety symptoms. The overall adverse reactions in bupropion group and mirtazapine group showed no obvious difference. [ Conclusion] Bupropion and sertraline are safe and effective in treatment of depression, but mirtazapine is superior to bupropion in reducing anxiety symptoms.
