Nursing of Loop Ligature of Esophagus Venous Varicosity Through Painless Gastroscopy

目的探讨肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张套扎成功率及降低近期出血率与护理的关系。方法回顾性分析沧州市中心医院2004年10月—2006年12月间采用无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术治疗肝硬化门脉高压曲张静脉出血患者136例的临床资料。结果护理干预下套扎成功率100%,无合并出血。结论无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的成功率及近期出血率的降低与护理干预密不可分。

[ Objective ] To discuss the relationship between success rate of loop ligature of esophagus venous varicosity and reducing the rebleeding rate and nursing. [ Methods] Clinical data of 136 patients who conducted loop ligature of esophagus venous varicosity with painless gastroscopy in treating cirrhosis portal hypertension varicose veins bleeding during October 2004-- December 2006 were conducted retrospective analysis. [ Results ] The success rate under nursing intervention was 100% , without merger bleeding. [ Conclusion] Success rate of loop ligature of esophagus venous varicosity and reducing the rebleeding rate and nursing intervention are inseparable.
