摘要
以芍药花(Paenoia lactiflora)为原料,通过L16(45)正交试验确定了其最佳浸提条件,即使用质量分数为80%的盐酸乙醇溶液,以物料比1∶50,功率为250W,在70℃下提取50min,对其理化性质进行研究,结果表明:色素在酸性条件下,红色稳定,有一定的耐热性,但不耐光;氧化还原剂、Fe3+、Fe2+、Cu2+、Mn2+对色素有破坏作用;Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、碳水化合物、有机酸对色素有保护作用。
Red pigment was extracted from Chinese herbaceous peony flowers (Paeonia lactiflora) by orthogonal experiment design. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as solid-liquid ratio 1: 50, power 250 W, extraction temperature 70 degrees C, extraction time 50 minutes, and using hydrochloric acid-alcohol as extractant. The physical and chemical properties of the extracted pigment were studied. Result shows that the red pigment extracted from Chinese herbaceous peony flowers is stable under acidic conditions, and has some resistance to heat but sensitive to light. Reductant-oxidant, Fe^3+ , Fe^2+ , Cu^2+ and Mn^2 + have destructive effects, while Na^+ , K^+ , Ca^2+ , Mg^2+ , Zn^2+ , Pb^2+ , carbohydrate and organic acid have protective effects on the extracted red pigment.
