摘要
目的用单细胞凝胶电泳的方法评价电离辐射的非靶效应。方法将人外周血自体受照淋巴细胞及未受照淋巴细胞分别与自体受照血浆及未受照血浆交叉混合孵育,用单细胞凝胶电泳法(single cell gel electrophoresis,SCGE)分析其DNA损伤程度。结果自体未受照淋巴细胞与自体受照血浆共同孵育后,其淋巴细胞的DNA损伤明显高于自体未受照淋巴细胞与自体未受照血浆共同孵育后淋巴细胞DNA的损伤(P<0.05)。结论单细胞凝胶电泳技术可以用来评价辐射的非靶效应,并进一步证实了在辐射的非靶效应中细胞因子可能起到非常重要的作用。
Objective To assess the non - target effect of ionizing radiation by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE). Methods Cross incubated the irradiated( 137 Cs; 2Gy) or non - irradiated lymphocytes of human peripheral blood in the irradiated or non - irradiated plasma respectively, then, assess the DNA damage of lymphocytes using SCGE analysis. Results The lymphotytes incubated in the irradiated plasma presented more obvious DNA damage than the incubated in the non - irradiated plasma dose ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The non - target effect of ionizing radiation can be assessed by SCGE, and the results confirm that cytokines may play a great role in it.
