摘要
目的探讨模拟微波职业暴露剂量(平均功率密度值是5W/cm2)对SD大鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为:正常对照组、免疫对照组、辐照组、免疫辐照组。辐照组的大鼠用5W/cm2微波每天辐照1h,连续辐照60d。免疫组大鼠腹腔内注射绵羊红细胞抗原,刺激其产生免疫应答。各实验组大鼠测定腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、血清中总补体活性、定量溶血分光光度实验、血液中淋巴细胞总计数、血清中抗体IgG、IgM含量。结果1、先天性免疫系统:辐照组巨噬细胞吞噬功能较其对照组增高,而免疫辐照组巨噬细胞吞噬功能较其对照组下降。长期辐照组和免疫长期辐照组血清中总补体活性都较其对照组升高。2、适应性免疫系统:辐照组和免疫辐照组的抗体生成细胞生成抗体能力较其对照组显著降低。血清抗体IgG、IgM含量显著减少。血液淋巴细胞总数无改变。结论5W/cm2微波职业暴露可损伤大鼠先天免疫系统和适应性免疫系统功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of occupation exposure to microwave (5W/cm^2) on natural and acquired immunological function of rat . Methods The healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, control group of immune, irradiation group and the irradiation group of immune. Rats were exposed to microwave (SW/cm^2) one hour per day. Rats of immune group were immune with sheep red blood cells. Phagocytes function of macrophage cells,the quantitative hemolysis spectrophotometry (QSH) ,activity of total complement, sum of lymphocytes ,serum IgG were determined. Results 1, Natural immunological function: compared with control group, phagocytes' function was activated in irradiation groups and was repressed significantly( P 〈 0.05 )in immune irradiation group. The activity of total complement was increased significantly( P 〈 0.05 )in both groups. 2 ,Acquired immunological function: compared with control group, the amount of antibody producing cells were repressed significant( P 〈 0. 05 )in both groups. The serum IgG of immunity decreased significant( P 〈 0.05 ). The sum of lymphocytes of both groups remained unchanged. Conclusion Occupation exposure to microwave impaired the natural immunological function and acquired immunological function of rats.
