摘要
目的逐步建立以"零缺陷"为管理目标的医疗缺陷主动报告和反馈机制。方法分层定期组织医疗、护理质量缺陷分析讨论会,探讨质量缺陷原因和应对措施。结果通过3年的努力,患者投诉明显下降;病人综合满意度呈上升趋势。结论质量缺陷分析讨论会是激发员工主观能动性,提高医疗质量、防范风险的重要手段。
Objective To establish a reduced or no punishment, active report and feedback mechanism for medical defects with the "zero defects" management objective. Method We organize symposium for quality defects of medical and nursing termly to discuss the essential reasons and optimal countermeasures of quality defects. Result Through 3 years effort, patient's complaint has decreased. Patient's satisfaction has appeared an increase trend. Conclusion Quality defects analysis symposium is an important measure to stimulate the employee's enthusiasm, increase medical quality and prevent medical risk.
