摘要
对一台车用柴油机的冷却系统进行冷却系统水流和热流分布台架试验,利用流体系统仿真分析软件对整个冷却系统工作循环过程、热平衡状态和冷却系统匹配性能进行仿真计算,并依据试验得到的相关结果验证了计算模型,对影响其冷却性能的一些因素进行详细分析,最后指出该冷却系统存在的问题,并提出优化改进方案。
First a bench test on water flow and heat flux distributions in the cooling system of a vehicle diesel engine is conducted. Then a simulation on the working process, thermal balance and matching performance of the whole cooling system is carried out with one-dimensional commercial software FLOWMASTER2. The simulation models are verified by test results, and some factors affecting the performance of cooling system are analyzed in detail. Finally, the problems remained in existing cooling system are pointed out with improvement scheme proposed.
