Comments on Long-distance Tunnel Construction by means of Double-shield TBMs

双护盾TBM在国内外很多工程中得到了成功的应用,但同时也有一些项目存在一些问题,使工程施工未能按规划要求实施。介绍双护盾TBM在中国的使用情况,分析施工中存在的问题,通过工程实践,提出确立设备采购、项目策划、施工中的组织、技术管理等作为长距离双护盾TBM施工控制要点,并对要点的确立原因辅以案例,对如何做好长距离双护盾TBM施工中的各环节相关的工作做了阐述和说明。同时对双护盾TBM发展的趋势提出个人的看法,并针对长距离双护盾TBM施工中的问题提出建议和意见。

Double-shield TBMs have been successfully applied in many works both in China and foreign countries. However, some problems have occurred in some works, which causes that the construction of the works can not be executed according to the plan. In the paper, the application of double-shield TBMs in China is presented, the problems occurring during construction are analyzed and it is proposed, on basis of engineering practice, that equipment purchasing, project planning, construction organization management and construction technology management should be taken as the control points of long-distance tunnel construction by means of double-shield TBMs and corresponding works cases are provided. Expatiation is made on how to do a good job for the details in the long-distance tunnel construction by means of double-shield TBMs. Personal opinions are made on the development trend of double-shield TBMs and countermeasures are suggested for the problems occurring during the long-distance tunnel construction by means of double-shield TBMs.
