为了解决铁路建设工程项目管理中各种信息数据源一次采集多次使用的问题,利用Microsoft Excel VBA的功能,通过编制基于Excel表格的报表汇总程序。探讨了铁路工程建设项目信息管理、物资管理系统实现数据源共享的技术方案。在铁路工程建设项目管理工作中,既保证了数据分析计算的准确性,又使得管理人员有时间和精力分析、审核收到报表的准确性、正确性、合理性,提高管理的质量和管理效益。同时,提出了在铁路建设工程项目管理中广泛推广Microsoft Excel VBA的思路。

In order to meet the requirements of the repeated use of various information data sources in the management of railway works, an Excel-based summary program is developed by utilizing the functions of Microsoft Excel. The technical scheme for the data source sharing in the information management and material management of the railway works is discussed. For the sake of the developed program, not only the accuracy of the data analysis and calculation is guaranteed, but also the management persons can be provided with enough time and energy to analyze the accuracy, correctness and rationality of the summary tables so as to improve the management quality and management efficiency. Furthermore, some recommendations are made on the extensive spreading of the application of Microsoft Excel VBA in the railway project management.
