摘要
论述技术工作和安全生产管理的关系,从做好隧道施工风险评估和危险源辨识,采取针对性工程技术措施,做好安全技术交底,开展现场检查和过程监控,依靠科技进步和科技创新等方面入手,保证隧道施工生产的安全。
The relationship between technical activities and production safety management is expounded. It is proposed that the tunnel construction safety should be guaranteed by means of risk assessment, hazard source identification, technical countermeasures, safety and technical details telling, site inspection, process control, technical progress and technical innovations.
