摘要
许多宽幅新型织机采用并列双织轴送经系统,但生产中发现两织轴往往不能同时退完,造成经纱的浪费。本文从送经机构的工作原理出发,经过分析后认为,在双织轴绕纱长度相等的情况下,导致余纱长度不等的根本原因是织造过程中两织轴的经纱片张力不等,为此提出了改进措施,并对其可行性进行了分析。
The two-beam system was adopted extensively by updated wide looms. In practice, the warp yarns on the two beams can not be fully reeled off simultaneously which results in a waste of the warp yarn material. Based on the principle of the let-off mechanism, it is concluded that the main reason for the unequal spare yarn is the different warp tension of the two beams during weaving, if the winding lengths on the two beams are equal. For reducing the yarn waste, some corrective measures were proposed and analyzed in this paper.
