电磁辐射对子代大鼠学习记忆功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of electromagnetic radiation exposure on learning and memory function of rat pups

摘要 目的研究电磁辐射对子代大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法健康Wistar大鼠分为雌雄2组,每组又随机分为4组:对照组(CRT)、100s组(SI)、1000s组(S10)和3000s组(S30)组,分别接受0s、100s、1000s和3000s电磁辐射(场强100kV/m)。辐照后2月将辐照时间相同的雌性和雄性动物合笼生育子代,子代雌雄2组根据其亲代的分组方式相应分为F—CTR、F—S1、F—S10、F-S30(F指子代),各4组,每组20只。通过行为学实验检测2月龄和6月龄子代大鼠的学习记忆能力。结果(1)2月龄子代大鼠:穿梭实验中各辐照组与对照组比均差异无显著性。Y迷宫中雄性F—S10与雄性F—CTR比,学习总次数和错误次数都减少,学习总次数为(14.6±3.9)次vs(21.1±7.8)次,错误次数为(3.5±2.4)次vs(7.8±5.4)次(P〈0.05)。雌性F—S10与雌性F—CTR比,学习总次数和错误次数也都减少,分别为(13.4±3.0)次vs(25.8±8.8)次,(3.4±2.6)次vs(11.0±7.2)次(P〈0.05)。旷场实验中雌雄2组的F—S1与其对应的F—CTR,自发活动和探索能力都提高(P〈0.05)。(2)6月龄子代大鼠:Y迷宫中仅雄性组中的F—S1和F-S30与F—CTR比学习总次数增加,分别为(24.2±8.9)次vs(14.1±5.2)次,(30.7±12.4)次vs(14.1±5.2)次,(P〈0.05)。穿梭试验和旷场实验中各辐射组与对照组比均差异无显著性。结论在该辐照条件下,100kV/m的电磁辐射对2月子代大鼠记忆及对新事物的探索能力表现出刺激效应,成年后这种影响减弱。 Objective To determine whether exposure to electromagnetic radiation results in behavioral effects of rat pups. Methods Wistar rats, either male or female, were divided randomly into four groups respectively: control (CTR), 100 seconds ( S1 ), 1000 seconds ( S10 ) and 3000 seconds ( S30 ), then each of them were exposed to electromagnetic radiation of 100 kV/m field amplitude of corresponding time . For the day of exposure till 2 months later,they were mated with the rats in the same group and their offspring were divided into four groups ( F-GTR, F-S1, F-S10, F-S30) correspondingly. Behavioral changes occur in 2-month old and 6-month old rat pups were performed to determine. Results (1)In 2-month-old rat pups : in step through test, no significant differences were found between radiation groups and control, and in Y-maze test, both male and female pups in F-S10 significantly learned fewer times than their control (total study times:male 14.6 ± 3.9 vs 21.1 ± 7.8,female13.4 ± 3.0 vs 25.8 ± 8.8 ; false times : male 3.5 ± 2.4 vs 7.8 ± 5.4, female 3.4 ± 2.6 vs 11.0 ± 7.2). In open field test, both male and female pups in F-S1 was significantly more activity than their control. (2)In 6-month-old rat pups:in Y maze,male pups in F-S1 and F-S30 learned more times than control in total study time (24.2 ± 8.9 vs 14.1 ± 5.2,30.7 ± 12.4 vs 14.1 ± 5.2). In step through test and open field test, no significant differences were found between radiation groups and control. Conclusion There was significant genetic effect exposed to electromagnetic radiation of 100 kV/m,mainly manifested in rat pups in growth period but without long-term effect.
