摘要
企业社会责任概念的模糊给企业社会责任的实践带来困难。而基于卡罗尔(Carroll)的企业社会责任概念模型和利益相关者理论构建了二维(企业社会责任对象和企业社会责任自由度)的企业社会责任概念模型,并把企业伦理决策的传统方法、原则方法和伦理测试方法运用到二维概念模型中,以便于企业履行伦理责任。二维企业社会责任概念模型为企业履行社会责任提供了明确的框架和方向,以及具体的方法和手段。
There is no consensus on a definition for corporate social responsibility(CSR), which brings difficulties for CSR practice. Based on Carroll's conceptual model of CSR and the stakeholder theory, the two dimensional conceptual model of CSR is constructed, and the traditional method, and principle method and ethic test are applied in the two-dimensional model for businesses to implement the ethic responsibility. The two dimensional conceptual model of CSR provides the framework and direction as well as explicits methods and ways for businesses to implement CSR.
