当前,新闻媒体监督在遏制司法腐败,维护司法公正方面起着积极作用,但若缺乏制约或运用不当,又可能会对司法公正产生负面影响。媒体监督与司法有着密切的关系,应发挥媒体监督的积极作用,以维护司法公正。

Currently, the supervision of news media plays an active role in curb ing judicial corruption and safeguarding judicial justice.However, if there were no restriction or the practice did not work well,they would exert negative influence on the judicature. This article obtain,the conception and the suggestion on how to bring the media supervision into play.
