A Survey of University Graduates' Psychology of Choosing Jobs and the Reflection——Take Local Universies as Object of Study

对漳州市四所高校毕业生的择业心理随机抽样问卷调查分析,认为:应加强形势政策教育,树立正确的择业观;以社会需求和市场为导向,合理调整专业结构;加强创业教育,以创业带动就业;提高教师实践指导能力,加强教学实践,提高大学生的实践能力;加强就业指导,提高求职择业技能;完善高校毕业生就业网络信息系统,促进就业信息畅通;努力开拓就业市场,搭建毕业生供需交流平台。

This article carries on a random sampling questionnaire survey of university graduates＇ psychology of jobs in 4 universities in Zhangzhou and puts forward the related proposal ： to strengthen the situation and policy education,to set up the correct choosing job view;to take the social demand and the market as the guidances, and adjust specialixation structure reasonably;to strengthens the undertaking education, and lead the undertaking to the employment;to enhances the teachers＇ practical instructional ability and strengthen the teaching practice to promote sharpens university student＇s practical ability;to strengthen the career guidance and enhance the skills to seek jobs;to perfect the employment network information system promote employment fluent information;to develop the employment market diligently and build the graduate supply and demand platform.
