In the employment situation of ＂stack of three peaks＂, a series of changes appeared in the employment policies and markets of the graduates from the local normal colleges. Graduates obtain employment in the education system highlights path obstacles,the job market is weak, and the employment levels are low. We can promote effectively graduates employment from local normal colleges through the following methods：firstly, establishing a training model which treats effectiveness and efficiency as its principle; secondly,promoting the employment models of the lower center of gravity;thirdly,strengthening employment construction of guidance teachers and curriculum;finally,building a market planning and development.
