摘要 根据教育部"石油天然气装备"重点实验室的建设要求,设计了能模拟3000 m井下工况的高温高压模拟井筒。该装置通过泵和电加热器循环加热井筒内的液压油,使其基本达到预期温度;用加压泵循环加压至设定压力,再由循环泵和盘管保持设定温度,实现井下温度和压力环境。根据设计条件采用第三强度理论确定模拟井筒的壁厚,进而确定井筒的结构方案;同时进行了系统热平衡计算,根据循环装置的设计使用要求选定了电加热器的功率。 According to the demand of the key lab of Ministry of Education, designed a device, simulation wellbore withstand high temperature and high pressure, which can simulate 3000m underground working conditions. The device uses a pump and an electric heater to heat hydraulic oil in the wellbore, so that the hydraulic oil can achieve the desired temperature. In order to implement the downhole environment, there is a series of adjustment of the apparatus. Including setting the rated pressure by the cycling of the pressurized pump, keeping the invariable temperature by the cycling pump and coil pipe, Based on the design conditions, calculate the thickness of the simulation wellbore hole by the third strength theory and then determined the structure project of wellbore. The power of the electric heater was selected at the basis of the design requirement of the circulating device and analyzed the heat calculation.
