摘要
针对甲烷化炉复杂的结构特点、甲烷化炉设计参数和制造技术要求,分析了甲烷化炉主体材料15CrMoR耐热钢的焊接性,其焊接性较差,容易产生焊接裂纹;同时,分析了甲烷化炉加厚接管(0Cr18Ni9)与筒体(15CrMoR)的焊接性,两种材料性能相差较大,且焊接拘束度大,焊接质量不易得到保证。通过分析和试验,甲烷化炉主体采用手工电弧焊打底和埋弧自动焊填充盖面的焊接方法,甲烷化炉主体与接管选用TIG焊打底和手工电弧焊填充盖面的焊接方法,并优化选择合理的焊接工艺参数和热处理措施,保证了甲烷化炉焊缝的质量要求。经应用于产品的现场焊接,达到了甲烷化炉的焊接质量要求。产品运行以来,运行情况良好,为其生产厂家和制造厂家带来的巨大的经济效益。
Based on the structure characteristics, the design parameters and the technique requirements of manufacture of methanation furnace, the weldability of 15CrMoR steel of methanation furnace was analyzed in the paper, which was worse and it was easy to produce welding cracking. At the same time, the weldability of 15CrMoR steel and 0Cr18Ni9 steel was analyzed. During welding process, due to their different performance and big welding stress, their welding quality was difficult to be ensured. According to analyses of weldability of the aboved mentioned materials, the special welding procedures was designed and optimized. This procedure design attains the design requirement of methanation furnace in the practice. The manufacturer makes a good profits after methanation furnace being put into production successfully.
