摘要
钻柱在钻井施工过程中,由于承受各种复杂交变载荷的作用,裂纹的产生不可避免。从而降低了钻柱的强度和使用寿命,影响钻井工程的进度和安全性。长期以来有关裂纹萌生和扩展的问题一直是学者们探讨和研究的热点。本文利用有限元法基于ABAQUS软件平台的强大功能来模拟钻柱裂纹萌生和扩展,对裂纹尖端场进行计算。分析计算结果,验证了结果的有效性;观察裂纹扩展的变化,加深了对钻柱损坏机理内在本质规律的理解和判断,为预防钻柱损坏提供一定的理论基础和参考依据。
During the process of drilling construction, because of all kinds of complicated alternating load, the crack of drill string is inevitable. Thus it decreases the intensity of the drill string and service life, and impacts the progress of drilling engineering and security. For a long time the problem of crack initiation and propagation which has been discussing and researching by the scholars were the hopspots. This article used the finite element method which is based on the powerful ABAQUS software platform to simulate the drill string's crack initiation and propagation and to calculate the crack tip field. The analytical results have validated the validity of calculation. Observing the change of crack propagation, it deepening the understanding and judgment of the drilling string's internal essence law of the damage mechanism, which provide certain theoretical basis and reference for the prevention of damage to the drill string.
