试论我国经济结构战略性调整

Trial Remark on the Strategic Regulation of Our Country's Economy

改革开放以来,我国在调整和优化经济结构方面取得了显著成绩,但仍然存在农业基础薄弱、工业素质不高、服务业发展滞后、部分行业投资增长过快,产业技术开发能力薄弱、产业整体竞争能力不强等突出问题。应继续加强农业在国民经济中的基础地位,重视解决工业产能过剩,依靠科技创新推动产业升级,大力发展现代服务业以及调整产业组织结构,推进经济结构的调整和优化。

Since the beginning of reform and opening - up, our country has obtained great achievement with respect of regulating and optimizing economic structure,yet where there still exist some obvious questions, such as the weak foundation of agriculture;industrial quality being not high;the development of service industry lagging behind; the increase of part industrial investment being too fast ; the opening up ability of industrial technology being weak ; the integral competition ability of industry being not strong. It is necessary for us to strengthen the agricultural position in the positions of national economy ; pay much attention to solving such questions as surplus industrial producing ability ; promote the upgrade of industry by depending on science and technology;vigorously develop modem service industry and regulate industrial structures;advance the regulation and optimization of economic structure.
