目前质检系统对进口旧机电设备采用手工管理,申报繁琐、效率低下,本文采用Internet/Intranet和数据库等计算机技术设计了一个具有网上申报、自动审单、动态管理、快速反应、信息预警、统计查询等功能的在线信息管理系统,解决了手工管理存在的问题,减轻了企业和质检系统从事该项工作人员的负担。

Import Used Machinery and Equipment is managed manually in AQSIQ.It is cockamamie and not efficient. On-line management information system is designed to solve this problem.This system has such functions as on-line applying, auditing the forms automatically, managing accordingly, responding quickly, pre-alarming, statistics and searching.
