摘要
电动机振动监测由于数据可靠性差,缺乏判断标准,只能靠维护人员手摸或耳听来判断电机的运行状况,因而电动机轴承烧毁、转子损伤等故障时有发生,电动机的检修也存在大量的过修现象,通过对影响监测数据可靠性的因素进行分析,总结了振动检测仪在电动机状态监测中的基本要求和注意事项,并通过对电动机检修后补充润滑脂前后振动加速度高频值的对比分析,找出了运用振动加速度高频值判断电动机轴承润滑状况的方法,总结了电动机连续运转加油间隔时间,并以此指导电动机的润滑管理,将监测电动机的平均轴承使用寿命从78.5天延长至210天,效果比较显著。因此,运用振动监测仪进行电动机状态监测,根据振动加速度高频值来判断轴承的润滑状况,能大幅度提高电动机轴承的使用寿命。

When motor operates continuously, the time-interval of supplementary grease can be calculated. According to the time-interval supplementary grease of calculation, the bearing service life of motor can be prolonged from 78.5 days to 210 days. Its effect is compared apparently. Therefore, use vibration acceleration high frequency to judge the lubrication condition of bearing, can raise the service life of motor bearing substantially.
