论法的局限性

On Limitation of the Law

法律并非万能而是有局限的。关于法律的局限性从古论争到今。人类社会不能没有法律,法治是人类社会自我管理的最好选择。但也要正确认识法律的局限性。只有这样我们在进行社会主义法制建设时才能尽可能克服法的局限性,提高立法的质量,推进依法治国的进程。

Law is by no means multi-purpose,but has the limitation.The legal limitation has been debated from ancient times to now.The human society can not leave the law,and the rule of law is the best choice of the human society for self-control.But its limitation must be understood correctly.Only then when we carries on socialist rule of law construction can we overcome the limitation as far as possible,enhance legislation quality,and get the advancement in state management according to law.
