公民权利视角下的非制度化政治参与样本分析——以厦门PX事件为例

Sample Analysis of Non-institution Political Participation in the Perspective of Citizens Rights——Take the Xiamen PX Event as an Example

根据政治参与是否符合法律或制度规定的有关程序,可将政治参与分为制度化政治参与和非制度化政治参与两种类型。非制度化政治参与的大量出现成为中国当代政治中的突出问题。本文试图以厦门PX事件作为样本,以公民权利的视角来分析非制度化参与中的各种问题,以公民权利为基石,寻求解决非制度化政治参与的有效路径。

On the basis of whether conform to legal or the system stipulation related procedure,political participation can be dividesd into two types： the institution political participation and non-institution political participation.Non-institution political participation presents into Chinese present age massively and become a prominent problem.This article,taking Xiamen PX Event for example,attempts to analyze varieties of problems existing in the non-institution political participation from the aspects of citizens＇ rights,and takes the rights of citizens as the cornerstone to seeks an effective solution to the non-institution political participation.
