转型中的中国社会经历着深刻的历史变迁,受各种因素的影响,未成年人犯罪问题日益突出,而我国的未成年人审判制度却存在着一些显而易见的问题和不足。汲取发达国家未成年人司法保护的成功经验,从立法和司法等多个层面着手,努力推进我国的未成年人审判制度不断走向完善。

In the tide of open and reform,Chinese society is experiencing profound historical change.Therefore,the minor crime problems are becoming more and more prominent,but our country＇s minor judicial system actually has some obvious drawbacks and insufficiency.Through learning successful lessons from developed countries,starting with legislations and judicature,we could improve and consummate our minor judicial system after great efforts.
