蝇蛆粉作为鱼粉替代物在水产养殖中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 水产养殖对鱼粉的依赖性很大,为了缓解鱼粉短缺对水产养殖的影响,各国开始了鱼粉替代物的研究。综述了新的鱼粉替代物——蝇蛆粉的营养价值、水产养殖中的替代效果以及其生物安全性评价。
