摘要
应用体外产气法模拟瘤胃发酵,通过测定24h体外累计产气量、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的降解率和细菌氮含量,研究添加不同水平壳聚糖对山羊瘤胃发酵的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖可以促进瘤胃发酵,使微生物蛋白合成和纤维分解增加。在本试验条件下,山羊日粮中壳聚糖的最适添加水平为0.09%~0.12%。
In-vitro gas production was conducted to study the effects of chitosan on fermentation in goat tureen. Through detecting in-vitro accumulative gas production (GP), degradation rate of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and content of bacteria nitrogen (BN) for 24 hours, we studied the effect of different levels of chitosan on fermentation in goat tureen. A single factorial trial was designed for the experiment. Chitosan was added at levels of 0, 0.03% , 0.06% , 0.09% and 0.12% respectively, and each level included 4 repetitions. The results indicated that chitosan could promote fermentation in rumen, increase synthesis of microbe protein and decomposition of fiber. In this experiment, the optimal content of ehitosan in goat diets is 0.09% -0.12%.
