Study of Wheat Bran Fiber as Carrier Having Influenced Internal Circulation(IC) Anaerobic Reactor Start-up

摘要 采用麸皮纤维作载体来启动IC反应器可促进厌氧污泥的颗粒化进程,加快IC反应器的启动.试验研究表明,投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器所需启动时间仅为41d,比不投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器提前了20d;投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器最高处理容积负荷是不投加麸皮纤维的IC反应器的1.38倍. Using wheat bran fiber as carrier in the start--up of Internal Circulation(IC)Anaerobic Reactor, can accelerate the granulating of anaerobic sludge, and quicken the start--up of IC reactor obviously. The test indicated that, at the same test conditions, the IC reactor cast wheat bran fiber into finished its sludge granulating at the 41st day, contrasted with the IC reactor not cast any carrier into at the 61st day, it have advanced 20ds. The highest volume loading rate of IC reactor cast wheat bran fiber into is almost 1.38 times of it of that not .
