摘要 基于国家863电动汽车重大专项课题的国家汽车创新战略和混合动力汽车的科研项目进展和示范运营分析,探讨其中混合动力汽车课题的组织协同学习机制,并进一步探讨了混合动力汽车的国家汽车创新战略的协同组织学习过程和协同组织学习网络. Based on analysis of the development and operation of hybrid electric vehicle research issue of 863 project of electronic vehicle, it discusses the synergy learning mechanism of hybrid electric vehicle of 863 project. Furthermore, it discusses organizational learning process and networks of NIS of hybrid electric vehicle.
