新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清IL-8、NSE变化的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患者血清白细胞介素8(IL-8)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化及其对临床诊断、分度、病程判断的价值。方法HIE患儿36例,分别在急性期、恢复期采血,用放免法和ELISA分别测定IL-8和NSE的含量,21例同期出生的健康新生儿作为正常对照组。结果HIE组急性期血清IL-8、NSE水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),中、重度HIE组血清IL-8、NSE水平与轻度组、对照组比较,差异都有显著意义;恢复期HIE轻度组血清IL-8、NSE水平已基本降至正常对照组水平,中、重度组IL-8、NSE水平也下降,但仍高于正常对照组和轻度组(P<0.01)。结论IL-8、NSE可能参与了HIE的发生发展过程,且其水平与HIE的病情程度密切相关。 Objective To explore the changes of level of serum interleukin -8 and neuron specific enolase (NSE) in neonates with hypoxie -ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods Thirty -six neonates with hypoxie isehemic encephalopathy(HIE) and twenty -one normal newborns were selected. The level of serum NSE was determined by ELISA and the level of serum IL - 8 was measured with radioimmunology. Results The levels of IL - 8 and NSE in HIE group were much higher than those in control group in acute stage (P 〈 0.01). The levels oflL -8 and NSE in the severe and moderate HIE groups were obviously higher than that in the slight HIE and control groups. In the recovery stage there was no obvious difference between slight HIE group and control groups. The levels of IL - 8 and NSE in the severe and moderate groups were also decreased in the recovery stage, but also were higher than control and slight HIE groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion IL - 8 and NSE may be involved in the oceun-ence and development of HIE, The levels of IL - 8 and NSE are closely correlated with the severity and gradation of HIE.
