介绍采用激光技术、计算机通讯技术、485串行口总线及远程I/O技术,自动测量中板长、宽的研制开发过程,以及系统在应用中对计量、指导剪切、管理等方面所取得的良好的效果.
A method of auto measuring the length and width of medium plate steel was developed based on the techniques of laser, computer communication, 485 serial port and remote I/O; and the good results gained by using the method for measuring the length/width of medium plate, shearing the plate, and directing the production management are summarized.
