摘要
介绍了利用正交的零差激光干涉仪测量安装于振动台面被测靶体的位移,实时计算出运动速度和加速度,从而实现对位移达1m的超低频振动传感器的实时绝对校准。
In this paper, a novel measurement technology for uhra-low frequency vibration using orthogonal homodyne laser interferometer is introduced. By which the displacement of the measured target installed on the vibration platform. The system can calculate the real-time velocity and acceleration accurately, and the target displacement during test can reach one meter. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can realize the real-time absolute calibration for the transducer undergoing the effects of ultra-low frequency and large amplitude.
