摘要
清代前期,统治者采取了一系列手段,缔造了繁荣富裕的"康乾盛世",但也造成了人口的急速膨胀和农垦的迅速扩张,森林面积大为缩减。同时,战争和建筑业、手工业的发展都严重消耗了森林资源。
In the early Qing Dynasty, rulers took a series of measures to fulfill the Kangxi and Qianlong Periods of Splendour. However, these caused sharp expansion of population and cultivated lands and shrink of forest area. At the same time, war, the development of civil engineering and handicraft industry destroyed forest resources seriously.
