经济活动要提高效率,离不开利益分配的公平。基于"效率优先、兼顾公平"原则带来收入差距过大的事实,党的十七大提出"初次分配和再分配都要处理好效率与公平的关系,再分配更加注重公平"的公平分配原则。选择正确路径,推进公平分配原则的有效实施。

Economic activities call for the improvement of efficiency, which is necessary for the fairness of benefit distribution. Based on the fact that the principle of ＂Efficiency first, also considering fairness＂ has brought about a big gap in income, the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） puts forward the principle of fair distribution： ＂A proper balance will be struck between efficiency and equity in both primary distribution and redistribution, with particular emphasis on equity in redistribution.＂ To promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society, it is necessary to choose a right way for the realization of fair distribution.
