加快三明市区经济发展 打造区域经济增长极

Speeding up Economical Development of Urban Area of Sanming and Establishing Growth-Pole of Regional Economy

经济增长极理论是区域经济发展的重要规律。三明市地处内陆山区,经济发展水平较为落后,而市区作为三明市的政治、文化中心,有良好的经济发展基础,区位条件相对较优越。因此,选择市区作为三明市区域经济的增长极,加快发展市区经济,更好带动三明全市经济发展,这是对经济增长极理论规律的积极运用。由于受到区位、历史积累因素、人为主观因素的制约,三明市区经济目前规模偏小,发展速度偏慢,还不能很好的发挥其在三明市经济发展中的极点作用。加强市区在三明市经济中的极点地位,要从拓展市区空间、做好产业规划、搞好基础设施建设等几条思路出发,突破市区发展的瓶颈,充分发挥人的主观能动性,壮大市区经济,从而更好带动三明全市经济的发展。

The theory of growth-pole is an important law for the development of regional economy. From the features of economical development in Sanming, Fujian province, urban area in Sanming should be the growth-pole in the regional economical system. Choosing the urban area of Sanming as the growth-pole of regional economy, speeding up economical growth of urban area and driving the development of overall Sanming city is positive application to the theory of growth-pole. At present, the speed of economical growth is slow and the scale is small in urban area because of the factors of location, history and culture. T herefore, urban area in Sanming has no enough economical energy and cannot play the role of growth-pole in regional economic development of Sanming city. In order to strengthen urban area＇s economical energy, play the role of growth-pole and drive economic development of overall Sanming city, various measures should be implemented, such as expanding space of urban area in Sanming, doing well in industrial planning, developing infi＇astructure construction and bringing personal subjective initiative into full play.
