On the Financial Idea of Enterprise

企业的投资者与经营者是企业财务理念的最基本的主体,围绕企业财务理念的形成构建了企业财务理念的有机体系,即企业财务的核心理念、基础理念和业务理念,而追求企业价值或利润的最大化才是企业财务的核心理念,特别是经过30年改革开放的洗礼,我国企业在继承并扬弃高度计划经济时期财务理念的基础上,逐步建立起符合市场经济要求的新的财务理念,为了适应知识经济时代的要求,我们要树立"以人为本,人本理财"的观念,只有这样才能调动职工的积极性,从而提高企业的生产力水平与竞争能力,不断地增加企业的效益。

Investors and administrators of enterprise are the main body of the idea of financial affairs, the organic system of financial idea of enterprise is established. After thirty years of reform, a new financial idea which meets the requirements of market economy is gradually formed. In order to meet the demands of knowledge era, we should set up the idea of ＂Human - centered thinking＂ so as to improve productivity and competence of enterprise through stimulating employees enthusiasm.
