摘要
目的为研制高效、无毒、价格低廉的新型杀精子剂。方法用乌梅—枸橼酸避孕栓进行临床应用观察。结果显示实验组３５２例，按用法应用妊娠者２例，占总数的０．５６％，其避孕有效率按例数统计为９９．４４％，按用药周期统计为９９．９３％，按妇女年统计为９９．１４％。结论避孕效果优于壬苯醇醚膜标准对照组，副反应明显小于标准对照组，是一种理想的外用避孕药。
Objective To explore the efficacy of new efficient, nonpoisonous and inexpensice spermaticide. Methods Clinical application with contraceptive suppository of Citric acid of fructus mume was observed. Results Among 352 cases in the experimental group, there were two pregnancies (0.56%), The effective rate of contraception was 99.44% according to the number of cases; 99.93% according to the interval of adminstration of drug, and 99.14% according to the women'year. the contraceptive effect was slightly better than that of the ‘C-film’ containing Nonoxynol-9 control group, while the side effects were significantly less than those of the control group's, Conclusion contraceptive suppository is ideal for external use.
