摘要
对鸭跖草中的水溶性多糖进行分离纯化,采用SephadexG-100凝胶层析初步分离纯化鸭趾草多糖,利用D-脱氧核糖法测定鸭跖草水溶性多糖对·OH清除作用;结果表明鸭趾草中水溶性多糖的含量为2.95%,主要由4种成分组成,主要的集中在第1种组分,其在体外对羟自由基具有一定的清除作用,并且粗多糖对羟自由基的清除作用要略强于纯化多糖,二者对羟自由基的清除率达50%时所需质量浓度为84.85mg/L和91.51mg/L。结论是鸭跖草多糖具有开发利用价值。
The separation and purification of water-soluble polysaccharides from Commelina commelis by SephadexG-100 column chromatography was studied, and their antioxidation effects on the -OH in vitro were also probed. The results showed that the content of polysaccharide in the Herba Commelinae was 2.95%. Sephadex G-100 column chromatography showed that the polysaccharides consisted of four kinds of components. The crude polysaccharides had better antioxidation effect on ·OH than that of the purified, with their EC50 on the ·OH being of 84.85mg/and 91.51 mg/L, respectively. So the polysaccharides from Commelina commelis had potefitial development value.
