摘要
对乙醇提取款冬花中总黄酮的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:每1g原料用20mL的50%乙醇在80℃下提取1h时提取效率较好。
The extraction technics of the total flavonoids from Tussilago farfara by ethanol were studied. The results showed that the optimum ethanol concentration, ratio of the raw material to ethanol solution, extraction time and temperature were 50%(V/V), 1:20( g: mL), 1 h and 80 ℃, respectively, under which the highest extraction efficiency was achieved.
