产纤维素酶牛瘤菌的分离及产酶条件研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究从牛瘤胃内容物干粉中分离得到一株高产纤维素酶的菌株。经进一步鉴定表明,该菌株为革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌,兼性厌氧,最适生长pH值6.0-8.0,最适生长温度为37℃左右。经产酶条件研究表明,该菌株在37℃培养下,48小时左右发酵液的PFA酶活性达最高值19.8。实验证明该菌株产酶周期短,酶活性较高,具有一定的工业应用价值。 In this study, a strain producing high activity cellulase was obtained from cow rumen, which was further identified as gram positive Bacillus genus with its optimum pH and temperature for its growth being of 6.0-8.0 and 37℃, respectively. By colorating with congo-red, this strain shaped better transparent tings on medium with CMC as the sole carbon source. Its PFAase activity was up to 19.8IU/mL at the optimal fermentation temperature of 37℃ for 48h. As a strain with comparatively high cellulase activity and short fermentation period, it showed application value in some industry fields.
